KFS FINANCING

The National Training Fund is a lifelong learning program for employees and employers that enables financing of training from the Labor Office, appropriate for the poviat in which the enterprise is located. Co-financing for lifelong learning is based on the priorities announced for the given year by the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy. The 2020 priorities are

I. Priority 1. Support for lifelong learning for people returning to the labor market after a break related to childcare;
II. Priority 2. Support for lifelong learning of people over 45;
III. Priority 3. Support for vocational continuing education in deficit professions identified in a given poviat or province;
IV. Priority 4. Support for lifelong learning in connection with the development of technology in companies and the use of work tools introduced by companies;
V. Priority 5. Support for lifelong learning in key areas / industries for the development of a poviat / voivodship indicated in strategic documents / development plans;
VI. Priority 6. Support for the implementation of trainings for practical vocational training instructors or persons intending to undertake this occupation, apprenticeship supervisors and apprenticeship supervisors as well as industry training for vocational education teachers;
VII. Priority 7. Support for lifelong learning of employees of entities with the status of a social enterprise, indicated on the list of social enterprises maintained by the Ministry of Labor and Social Policy, members or employees of social cooperatives.

As part of cooperation with us, we provide information on the possibility of undergoing specific vocational training, we prepare free documentation required by the Labor Office and we process the application. After a positive decision on the allocation of funds for education, we carry out the training together with the necessary documentation and help you settle the employment office with the received funding.
